11 Steps To Having 6 Pack Abs !

Today I am going to give you some of my top key points when it come to having a six pack.

let's get into it;

1) Drink Water before every meal!

2) Make sure you are following a fun/proven weights program

3) you are getting 1-2days cardio a week( walking/running/bike etc)

4)Make sure you change your workouts every 3-4 weeks

5) Start letting go of the junk food that is in your diet!

6) Slow down on the booze, I currently still enjoy a bottle of wine each week.

7) learn about what foods are good for you and which ones are not.

8) as above, learn about the nutritional facts in your foods.

9) Eat 6 small snacks a day instead of 3 main meals)

10) Eat whatever you want one day a week.

11) structure your workout program so that your body is consistantly burning calories building muscle repair!!!!!(MASSIVE!)

These are some of the things i do on a consistant basis to stay and get in better shape. It has taken a couple of months to develop the disapline to follow these goals so take your time and enjoy your change!
